Pre-Audit
Walk the property, count windows, flag any with hard-water staining, broken seals, or stuck sashes. Confirm interior or interior-plus-exterior scope. Move blinds where needed.
Mineral Treatment (where needed)
On panes with hard-water staining, a mineral-bonding scrub breaks the silica/calcium attachment to the glass. This step is what separates a 'wash' from actually cleaning the window.
Squeegee & Microfiber Pass
Professional squeegee technique with overlapping passes — no streaks, no missed corners. Microfiber on edges, sill, and frame. Each pane gets full coverage including frame and sill.
Screen & Track
Screens hand-cleaned, tracks vacuumed and wiped. Reset screens to original position. Final inspection at exterior for streak-check.

Do you do inside windows?
Yes — inside, outside, or both. Interior cleaning includes the frame, sill, sash track, and screen. We move and reset blinds where needed.
Can you remove hard water spots?
Most of them. Light to moderate spotting comes off completely with a mineral-specific treatment. Severely etched glass (10+ years of deposit) may keep a faint shadow — we'll be honest about that on the walk-through.
Do you clean high windows?
Yes — up to 3 stories with extension equipment, higher with rope-access partner crews for commercial. We don't risk a ladder beyond what's safe.
Will you clean my screens?
Yes — included in the price. We hand-clean, rinse, dry, and reset every screen on the windows we wash.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Do you use squeegees or those rotating tools?
